Engineers report:- DS356 Attend Bosch  SG15626 

Fault Customer reports door wont close.  

Unplug and Perform earth leakage/low insulation test. Test OK. Fault door hinges strained (damaged)  

Action taken:- Fit new door hinges. Water test ok 

Spares used:-  Hinges Part No,s 263115 L/H upper and  263119 R/H upper 

Engineers report:- DS359Attend Bosch  SGS30A59  

Fault: Customer reports not washing dishes properly. 

Unplug and Perform earth leakage/low insulation test. Test OK. 

Put appliance in test mode . Upper spray arm  damaged and not spinning or spraying. Action taken:- Fit new upper spray arm kit. Clean filter and water test. OK
